Cozy living room with nice wooden floor and tiled shower. The back yard offers a huge grass area and plenty of seating. All common areas are shared and you will have a private room. We all pitch in to keep the house clean and clean up after ourselves. Room is unfurnished at this time. Room has a huge closet attached and has a ceiling fan. The house is air conditioned with refrigerated air. About 5 to 8 minutes walk to UNM Hospital and UNM Main campus. Utilities are included.
