3rd Avenue

Hi everyone. My Roomate and I are currently looking to find a 3rd Roomate to sign our lease with. Its a 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath apartment located in the inner Richmond district. We officially move in August 18 so we are looking for someone who is ok with moving in that day or slightly later. Ideally we are looking for a student (any gender) as we are a 10 minute walk to the University of San Francisco. You would be signing a 1 year lease and contributing to the security deposit. Rent is $1300/month plus utilities. The picture above shows the room we have available. Our unit has a big 2 door fridge and freezer and a full range stove, oven and 2 microwaves However, our unit doesn’t include a washer or dryer but, there is a laundry mat around the corner. This apartment is not furnished. We are eagerly waiting for our 3rd roomate to furnish and decorate our common spaces :) Our biggest requirement is someone who is clean and tidy but other than that we are welcoming to all!

1. My name is Constance and I am a third year Biology major at USF. I am originally from France but I have now been living in the US for the past 3 years. I love to cook, workout, listen to music, watch movies and go out with friends. Were looking for a roomate who is clean and sociable.

2. Hi. My name is Lexi and I am a third year student at USF currently study Biology. I like plants, animals, baking, watching TV and trying new things. I consider myself an introvert. I like to keep a clean home and am looking for a roomate who can keep common areas clean and tidy. I’m really not too picky about people. As long as your kind, courteous and open to discussion, we should get along just fine!
