Kara's room

Beautiful house located a block away from Wash Park. Large living room, spacious kitchen, washer and dryer unit, garage for storage and parking, and a fenced in back yard. The room available is located in the basement where you would have your own private 3/4 bathroom.

We are two women in our late 20s looking for a roommate. We are very respectful and clean of the common areas. We do love a wine night with some friends, but are not crazy partiers during the week. We are both working professionals and have 9am-5pm jobs (M-F). We love hiking, camping, Red Rocks concerts, and skiing on the weekends. Please let us know if you are interested! :)
