The address is 28 Garden St, Apt B, Farmington, CT 06032. It’s near UConn Med and I-84. Rent would be $1,200/month and we would split utilities. It’s available starting September 14 and I am flexible with lease lengths, up to one year.
Garage parking and an additional driveway parking spot are available, with more space available for guests. The place is in a quiet residential neighborhood, features: in-unit laundry, central A/C, a backyard, updated kitchen and appliances, large living room, separate dining room, and the two additional bedrooms could serve as private office spaces.
