This is an amazing unfurnished 2 bedroom / 1 bathroom/ 1 main room basement in Johns creek . Amenities included: central air, central heat, stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, updated floors-updated kitchen, updated bathroom, 1 parking space on street, and has its own entrance on the side/terrace level. Utilities included: electricity, heat, internet, air conditioning and water. We are not near any public transportation so you will need a car. We go to bed early, around 9 pm - 10 pm on weekdays, and would prefer a quiet professional who keeps similar hours. We are a family of 5 with a spacious house. We have the room for years and rarely use, so I would think we would try to lease to somebody that need a great place to live and take rest after a long work day.
