Well furnished bedroom with adjacent bath. Large screen porch for viewing deer, turkey and other wildlife on very private acreage. Covered parking. Owner travels and will be gone quite often. Close to state park and Whitewater Center.

It’s just me. Sixty-one year old female. I have a small dog who travels with me. I also have outside cats. I’m a college grad with a masters as well. When I’m home, I enjoy reading and cooking. I am an evangelical Christian who doesn’t mind if there is alcohol or marijuana (outside) use. I drink wine. I can’t tolerate a drunk though.
