So far I’ve gotten a poker table, beer pong table, dartboard, and Big Screen Projector all set up. Just saving for the Pool Table and God willing a decent air conditioning system for these record high heat wave days. Future Roomie would have full access to all common areas in the house (living room, garage, hallway bathroom, back and front yard) as well as kitchen access for your food storage and preperation. Washer and Dryer for your clothes. Plenty of cupboard and fridge space for your consumables. All utility bills including internet included in the 650 a month agreement. I cannot stress enough how much I value my personal space/room here. Roomie should be able to feel secure and know that without a doubt that anything that belongs to you is safe and will always remain untouched by anybody in the dwelling. Stealing from myself or anybody is a huge dealbreaker and is grounds for immdeiate termination of the Rental agreement. All I ask from my future roomie is to respect my personal belongings, pay thier rent on time, and clean up after themselves.
