Veronica's room

It is a single room with a shared bath with my other roommate. It’s 10x11 and the closet dimensions are:

67 inches long 29 inches wide 95 inches tall

It has carpet and 2 windows.

This house is very spacious! Wonderful backyard that we have added patio lights to and purchased a grill. I have also added a projector in the main living area! The neighbors are very friendly too with ample parking around the neighborhood. The house has a 2 car garage so if you’d like to park in there it will be a shared space :)

We have solar panels and an electric vehicle outlet.

We are required to maintain the landscaping however, the cost for that is $40/ a person every other month.

There is a washer/dryer available.

Full access to all living spaces.

Current there are 3 of us living here but our third roommate put in their 30 day notice 8/1 so we will need someone for September 1st.

$750 deposit and first months rent required upon move in

We have pets who are very friendly with people!

Hi, my name is Veronica and I have an Aussie border collie mix, I work a full time job and love to go out a lot, I am not home often but when I am I like to cook and do chores. The other roommate works long shifts at the hospital and loves to stay home with her fur babies which are 2 cats and 2 Shiba inus.
