About the room
We are not a pet friendly home but we are ok with a child or two. We may need to check state bedroom laws if applicable. We are located in Northern/Central Crestview. We are about 15-20 minutes from Duke Field, 30-40 to Eglin and Hurlburt Field. 50-60 minutes from Pensacola.
You’d have your own bathroom the majority of the time unless we have guests. Our home is under renovations so once they are done you’d have your own bathroom - rent will stay the same.
We are pretty lax on kitchen use. If you are someone who needs your own cabinets/ frig shelves we can accommodate. We have high speed internet, water, electric, parking, frig, deep freezer and pest control all included. Once a month the room will be sprayed like it or not 😁. We only do short term contracts- so week to week - month to month- if it doesn’t work out then either of us can terminate the agreement at anytime. We do have multiple security cameras throughout the house….excluding the rented bedrooms and all bathrooms lol. Mutual respect for one another is expected. We are fairly easy going people as long as you aren’t a messy piggie and respectful of our home. We would like to welcome someone in as family. We do have a large family lunch once a month that our tenant is welcome to join in. We have clear backgrounds and have a reasonable expectation of the same for our tenant. No drug dealers, no murders, no history of domestic abuse, no Pedophiles, preferably no history of dealing in stolen goods or theft 😁.
Located 500 ft from Bob Sikes school.
About the roomies
Husband and wife in our 40s. We have a grandson who visits regularly and two adult boys. We also have a large extended family. We are fairly pigment deficient ourselves but our extended family is rather a diverse bunch…Puerto Rican, Honduran, African American, Filipino, - they visit regularly. We are a Christian couple as is our family- Pentecostal to Catholic but we will respect your religious beliefs as long as you respect ours.
Non-negotiatible: We pray at mealtime, celebrate Christmas and Easter.
