This is a large house in the Spruce Creek subdivision. Yours is a large furnished room with a walk in closet and its own large private bathroom. You will have use of the house, kitchen, living room, Florida room etc. and it is completely furnished. There is some room for storage as well and that is a huge bonus. Parking is off street on the home driveway. There is a golf course, restaurant and bar nearby in the complex. This is across 441 from Walmart and Aldi’s so the location is excellent. (This subdivision is not part of the Villages which is next door).

This is for one person only.

Rent is $875 per month. Utilities included are cable and internet and water. Electric is not. Your share is about $60 monthly 12 month average. Could be less depending on weather.

This is a private guarded community not like the Villages. There is a 24 hour guarded gate for entry without a windshield pass.

I am an active retired male with many interests so I’m not around too much. I play golf, billiards, gym, poker, date women, travel and keep busy. Smoking is not permitted. Light drinking is fine. No dogs or cats or snakes.

You will be able to access Spruce Creek amenities like the sport pool, billiard room, hot tub, golf course, tennis etc., various club and sport things etc.

You must be a financially stable and responsible person with NEVER rent or utility payment delays. Homeowner I lease from shows no mercy.
