Cameron's room

It’s a great, cute place in Woodbridge with 3 rooms total and a nice patio. We have access to all the pools, etc. and there’s good parking. It’s a private room, you would share a bathroom with one person and he does a great job keeping it clean. Right now the person in that room just pays for Internet for the whole house, I think $100/month. Each roommate is kind of responsible for their own utility. We paid a huge deposit when we moved in which is why that’s a little high.

There are 3 of us total. My boyfriend Robbie and I would are in the master, along with my well-behaved, friendly pit bull Huck. He’s 30 and I’m 33. We are very cannabis friendly. He is currently working from home and Im out and about most of the day for work. We both like video games, TV (esp anime and adult cartoons), and food. Kyle works 7-4, in his early 30s, and is very cool. Interested in most of the same stuff and has a cat that mostly stays in his room. We’re pretty neat, especially in shared spaces, but definitely not clean freaks. If the dishes sit overnight before you can get to them it’s not a big deal, but we do think everyone should be mature and responsible for their own stuff. We love dogs and cats but are not sure there’s room for another, same with couples, 4 is probably the most we can squeeze in there. The current person in the room is trying to bail at the end of August.
