Month to month rent is $900 (this includes utilities), plus a $500 security deposit that will go to the second month! The lease is up at the end of the year and I will be moving out mid-December, this space is great for those looking for a short-term place! Common areas are furnished but your room will not be furnished. There’s a washer/dryer, 1 covered parking space, and a patio!
