Hey everyone,
We are looking for housemates for our place close to the campus of Shawnee State University:
it’s a 4 minute walk from the campus in a safe neighborhood.
We are all pretty quiet students as well. Parking is free.
It will be Available end of August
House has 5 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms
From $370 per bedroom
Fully furnished bedrooms include a bed, closet, desk, chair, and nightstand.
Quick, simple application process. No application fee. Utilities not included
A security deposit of 1.5x month rent and 1st-month rent due prior to moving in.
