I’m looking for a tenant to move into the second bedroom of the home. The house is two beds, 1.5 bath and the room is approximately 14x8“. The room has a large window, huge closet, plush carpet, and new ceiling fan and heat. The rest of the home is fully furnished and stocked with all the essentials! All bills are included minus internet and solar costs ($100 total). A minimum of a 6-month lease is required and no pets are allowed.

The property is walking distance to Sunrise Park and The Green Music Center. The complex itself includes two pools and jacuzzi, tennis courts, and more!
