Utilities will be split by 1/3 for one person or in 1/2 for 2 people. Wi-Fi and Trash is split evenly.

For this house share, you would apply through the property management and be place on the lease with me. For approval, your income must be 56k+ with a credit score of 630+.

I am a 42 year old preschool teacher, photographer, and starting a small business. My interests are in the arts, music, science, rocks and minerals, meditation and astrology.

My daughter is 12, lives with me 70% of the time. She’s a creative. My son is 17 and comes over 3-4 days a month as a guest to hang out and he sleeps on the futon. He’s really chill and respectful. Both my kids are awesome! We are pretty clean but not neat freaks. My work schedule can be pretty random nowadays, including weekends. I leave my kids at home independently often due to their age. They are both well behaved and keep to themselves.
