I rent a 4 bedroom 3 bathroom plus a den house that also has a nice sized backyard in Elk Grove, CA. You would have the downstairs mostly to yourself, which consists of a bedroom, bathroom, den (was used as a bedroom for my sons), a living room, plus a separate dining room which I have been using as a play room for my sons. My family will occupy the upstairs. The kitchen and eating area connected the kitchen will be the only shared space downstairs, the shared space upstairs is the laundry area, and the renter will also get half of the 2 car garage.The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are friendly. There are several parks throughout the neighborhood as well . The closet one to the house is a block away. The house is close to Costco, Kohl’s, Nugget Market and other retail stores. The total cost of rent and monthly utilities are a minimum $1700 per renter. Electricity and gas vary depending on usage.

I am a 41 year old woman and I have 2 sons 15 & 8 years old. I share custody with their father. My kiddos and I are kind hearted people that love to laugh.
