The house is located in a quiet new construction neighborhood in South West Bakersfield. This house has three bedrooms. The owner has her own private bedroom and bathroom. The incoming roommate will have a private bedroom and bathroom. One room is used as beauty studio that is used less than 5 hours a week on average. The clients receive waxing and hair styling services. Stylist or the clients will not have access to your private bedroom nor bathroom. They will not do any overnight stays. The owner will share her private bathroom to the Stylists or clients if needed. The house has an open concept living area, washer and dryer and garage storage room available. This is a month to month rental meant for a one year stay or less.
