Huge pantry for sharing space! Second floor unit with a huge, beautiful balcony overlooking trees. Very safe and nice complex to live in! Washer and dryer included. Utilities, internet, and water would be billed separately. Some things are negotiable so give me your best shot!

It’s just me & my dog in this apartment! My dog is super sweet. I’m upper 20s, a working professional, business-minded, plus a very clean, creative, and sweet person. I stay more to myself so I’m cool with a roomie who wants to see as little of each other as possible, but I’m also cool with someone where maybe we have more of a friend type situation going on! I love to cook and probably will share 🥰 I’m pretty flexible and understanding of a lot so we can really work together to make this your home, too! But safety & respect & communication are the keys for me! I’m a very nonjudgmental person and also this is a trans/non-binary friendly situation, too!! 💜
