1800SF/1 story house/3 bed 2 bath/medium size back yard/1 cat
My home was built in 2015 so it is relatively new and it located in the heart of Schertz, it is about a 15min drive to both San Antonio, New Braunfels, and Randolph Airforce Base
The room is towards the front of the home and is about a 11’x12’. The bathroom adjacent to the room is acts as a powder bathroom and shared bathroom for the two bedrooms on this side of the home. (one of the bedrooms is my Man Cave though)
About the roomies
My name is Norman, I am 25 years old. I work in New Braunfels as a residential architect. Work schedule is M-F 9:00-5:00. It is just me and my cat Otis that live here! I frequently have friends over, and occasionally have parties as well. Fun person but very clean and organized. All i ask is you respect my personal space and respect the home as well.
