I have rented this 2 bd- 2 bth to a 60 year old lady that works for me, she is like family. She doesnt speak english, and I’m helping her find a room mate. Spanish speaker is a must. you wilI be shareing the entier apt with her, looking for some one responsible. a student or some one closer to her age.
