As it is a 2 bedroom / 2 bath Luxury Apartment if you are interested you will share the apt with a wonderful gay couple who are renting the master bedroom with in-suited bathroom, you will have the queen bedroom who has the bathroom by the living room, please note it is NO private bathroom as you will share it just with me. I work all day, every day with some trips plans ahead so I accommodate in the sleeping sofa in the living room.

I am looking for a roommate who is willing to rent the room starting in September 1st until November 25th, 2022 as the lease will end and I did not decide to renew it yet.

Appreciate payment in advance for the 3 months as I am offering for the whole 3 months term, NOT less.

Please note the Apartment has the most lovely dog possible.

About me: I am 42, I work M-F job in Manhattan (in office) so I’m gone most of the days a week. I’m a pretty social person when I am out and about so when I’m home I like to keep to myself and be low key.

Ideal roommate: Someone who work everyday, respectful, reliable, considerate and chill. I always try to keep the common spaces as clean as possible, and I expect the same from the people I live with. I like to go out but don’t really like to bring the party home.
