I also have personal assistance during some weekdays. • Loves cats (Cat gets up at 5:45AM) • Respects quiet time after 10pm on weeknights • Comfortable with remote work • No alcohol or smoking • LGBTQ friendly • Rent $1300/month and $75 for shared utilities and Wi-Fi • Optional garage parking space up to $125/month
