An ideal roommate would have the following qualities: -Female-identified or identifying as being LGBTQIA+ • Doesn’t mind sharing space with people with disabilities (Cerebral Palsy) • Early riser (my helpers are here from 7-8:30am). I also have personal assistance during some weekdays. • Loves cats (Cat gets up at 5 AM) • Comfortable with remote work • No alcohol or smoking • LGBTQ friendly • Rent $1300/month and $75 for shared utilities and Wi-Fi • Optional garage parking space up to $125/month
