1 Bedroom room for rent. Comes with a shared bathroom and a shared kitchen but there will be 2 fridges so you will have access to your own. You will also have full access to your own dining room/living room. Rent will be $850 and will include water, electric, HEAT/AIR and wifi, also there will be access to a shared washer/dryer. There will be a $400 deposit and you can be able to get it fully refunded after leasing agreement if place is still the same after moving out. You will be around 10-15 min or closer to many different shopping areas such as ALDI, walmart, LIDL, Kroger and many others. There is also many different eateries in the area as well that are close by. You will also be about 12-15 min from the Stone Mountain park and about 25-30 min from downtown Atlanta. If more than 3 people rent price will go up $50 per person.

Me and my wife stay in the other half of this 2 bedroom home. We are very easy going people we do not smoke, drink or party and we are mainly home bodies. I am self-employed so I work from home. We would love to share this place with someone who is needing a place to stay and wants to be closer to the city.
