Sylvie's room

We have a room with queen-sized bed in our lovely private home in Ventura available for the month of September. Female only; I will be there in between tours but while I’m working you will have the place to yourself! Fully equipped kitchen, laundry, hi-speed wifi, cable TV(new!), beautiful back yard/garden with outdoor dining furniture, hammock and deck chairs for chilling under the fruit trees, off-street parking, close to busses, 1 mile from the beach, just off the 33 freeway. $1500 includes utilities. Only available for the month of September, 30 nights only
