Welcome to this beautiful home located in the Foxenwood Estate in Orcutt.
Private Furnished Bedroom with shared bathroom with tenant in next room.
All utilities are included in the rent. This includes High-Speed Internet. You will have access to the majority of the home, including backyard - a fully equipped kitchen - 2 large receptions with 2 TVs - A dining room - Laundry room (with a washer and dryer).
The whole house was just painted. Brand new flooring and brand new bathroom. Brand new linens for the beds. Room for one person only. Prefer professionals or students.
No couples. No pets. No smoking. No Drugs.
No overnight sleep. Overnight sleep can be arranged before hand with landlord, it will be $50 per person per night. Prior notice to landlord is required.
$35 background check fee paid by tenant. $1000 deposit with the first month’s rent
About the roomies
