Hey there Long Beach people! Looking for our third roommate (4th room stays open as guest room). Seeking respectful, clean roommate in an updated 4 bed/2.5 bath with ample parking, AC, laundry. Dog may be allowed if it’s a great fit (well-trained/nondestructive. Requires pet deposit). I’m 33 male and the other roommate is 30 female. We are both clean and easy-going.
