Absolutely no pets. No smoking. Background check, no felonies. Gas/electric is extra, split 50/50. Internet is split 50/50.

My two dogs are very friendly. They nap a lot. I am a small business owner and am gone most of the day. I am quiet and rarely have company over. I have an amazing 10 year old daughter that is here part time.
