Please excuse unfinished spaces in photos; the home is nearly completed! I have a huge bedroom and full private bath available on the 1st floor- also includes a 1st floor patio space to entertain guests and relax. There is an open concept top floor including a spacious kitchen, laundry room with full washer/dryer and living area with it’s own patio space as well, furnished with a grill for entertaining. Appliances are ordered and will be placed in September. This place is perfect! Utilities included in price (internet, water, electricity, etc).

I am a young professional woman (31) in the medical tech space #BlackGirlsinTech. I love to cook/ go out with friends and enjoy staying active. I will live in the primary suite on the top floor, but that’s it! No other roommates, so this is a great option for students or folks who work remotely- I work remotely as well.
