Room for rent $1300.00 per mo. All utilities included, private bath. We do ask that you use your cell for all calls. Room is for single individual in residential 4 bdrm/3 ba house. DirecTV, Wi-Fi, Kitchen, laundry and pool privileges. No pets, no smoking, no drugs. $500 Security Deposit at move in with first mo. Rent. 6 mos or 12 mos lease.

My Mom & I own our home which is “u” shaped & rent out one wing of the house with a private entry door. We have lived in the house for over 20+ yrs–we’re originally from Massachusetts. We currently have 2 male tenants that has lived with us for 6 yrs. & 7 mos. respectively. Average age in the house is 65 yrs old. We’re pretty laid back & although everyone has different schedules we’re kind of like a family. If an issue arises we talk it out. If something needs repair we’re right here & we take care of it.
