Hi! My name is Melanie and I’m 21 y/o. My boyfriend and I decided to share a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment with a respectful, responsible and kind roommate. Apartment is perfect for a young professional, grad student or fellow. The room we are renting has an entrance from the room to the balcony, with the Miami International Airport view, a walk-in closet and you will also have a private bathroom which is outside of the bedroom. The apartment has central AC, dishwasher, cable/internet, etc. Apartment complex also has a gym, pool, package receiving, business office, dog park, guest and private parking garage and much more. Utilities will be split 50/50. Also, must be dog friendly, my boyfriend and I have a small french bulldog (very quiet, obedient, and potty-trained).
