Meridian Street

The apartment if very very sunny and big (1,100 sq ft). Easy access to public transit (right next to the bus stop). You’d get 2 of the 3 bedrooms to do with what you please since mine has a mini office-esque room attached. It has a water view and gets the most gorgeous sunsets. Biggest selling points (imo) are the in unit washer/dryer, dishwasher eat-in kitchen and walk-in pantry. It’s also within a 3 minute walk from a grocery store, dunkin, boba tea, restaurants and a cvs! Already have a dog so, unfortunately, no more pets. (excuse some of the clutter in the midst of others moving out)

I’m Hannah,23, originally from Jersey and have been in Boston for the last 5 years. I work in production as a runner and a touring stage manager (occasionally disappear a few weeks at a time). I like to either just hang around the apartment on days off or go out (go to a museum, the beach, get drinks, the club, see a show etc etc). And also have lots of plants, other plants are welcomed and encouraged! I’m neat and respectful of the shared spaces and don’t often have more than one or two people over. Definitely down for a roommate who likes to decorate for the holidays. We can be friends or we can just split rent, no forced expectations of the dynamic!
