Private room or basement if you aren’t picky. The room can fit a twin, I have a twin sized folding mattress if you need one. There’s a closet in the room. The house has a fenced in back yard and a struggling garden. There’s a golf course across the street so it’s a little quieter and slow on the block. It’s a safe neighborhood and the neighbors are great. There’s room for storage in the garage or basement. It’s a cute and eccentric house and I’ve been doing my best to tidy up the outside after moving here in the spring. The backyard is very private and there’s a screened in porch. The house has central AC, and a full bath with a tub and shower. Full sized washer and dryer in the basement. The room across the hall from you leads to the driveway and back yard so you could have private entry and exit if you would like.

You’d be living with myself my two cats. I have the upstairs bedroom which doesn’t share a floor with the ceiling of your room. I work from home 2 to 3 days a week and will be on the phone or doing video calls, so it’s important that I have space and silence to hold my sessions. I could work from my bedroom but it gets ridiculously hot up there. About me - I’m a therapist and a disabled veteran. 420 friendly. I don’t have guests often and I’m fairly quiet. Mostly work, Netflix, reading, and gardening take up my time. When I listen to music I do so on my headphones and I sometimes like to dance around, I would request that you also don’t play music loudly. I’m an introvert and am used to being alone so don’t worry about me being nosy or trying to have conversations. Your other roommates are two cats, one of which is incredibly friendly and cuddly. You can welcome them into your space if you’d like, but it’s not required. Bills are included in rent, so water, electric, and internet. I am not an extremely clean person but if I’m sharing a space I’d ask both of us to clean up after ourselves, and to share keeping the shared spaces clean (bathroom, kitchen, etc). You’d have full use of the kitchen and there’s plenty of space in the fridge. There’s also a dining room, and a desk and chair in another room if you need to use it. I would require help with the yardwork, such as mowing, raking, weeding etc.
