This beautiful apartment has ample parking (super rare in SD) and is less than 1 mile from Carlsbad beach! It’s in the best area of town, it’s safe and quiet. Your private bedroom and bathroom are on the opposite end of the apartment for extra privacy. You can keep the mattress in the picture or I’ll move it. Sorry for the stuff in the bedroom pictures, it’s currently used as storage. The closet is very big, I can walk inside it. Hardwood floors throughout the apartment, we have AC, and a washer/dryer in unit. There’s two corner windows with a very nice view of greenery perfect for a reading nook. I am ok with dogs as long as they get along with my cavalier, but no cats sorry I’m allergic.

I’m a 28 year old female with a 6 year old King Charles cavalier. I am very very clean. I like to go to the gym and have a great social life. I’m highly organized and career focused yet like to have fun so I may have guests over on occasional weekends, nothing too crazy.
