My name is Mark, I am looking for a roommate to move into my 2 bd, 2 bth apt with me. I am a 37 yr old straight male working professional. I moved to Vegas about 9 months ago from Phoenix AZ for a full time position here in summerlin. I have a great job and have been living in this complex for the past 6 months, I have a 12 month lease signed here, looking for someone to stay at least 8 months but preferably 12 months. The apt is 1015 total sq ft, INCLUDING A GARAGE! and YOU can have the MASTER BEDROOM which has lots of room. Total monthly rent is $1550 including garage, and we would split the energy, gas and internet bills. I have had great roommate situations for the last 10 yrs living in Phoenix so I would like to find a similar situation out here as well.

In order to join me on the lease you would have to go through the companys application process, which includes a background check, credit check and proof of income. I am laid back and easy going, very busy with a good job and usually working mornings and evenings until 7 or 8pm. This place would be ideal for another young professional around 25-40 yrs old, male or female. I just need someone who pays rent/bills on time, keeps everything clean and is respectful, and mature. I am a non smoker but smoking is allowed outside, and sorry no pets! I am single, no kids, no pets, no drama. I drink occasionally on weekends and I have a lot of hobbies outside of work that keep me busy, I am big into sports!

I have a portable bar, 50’ tv, and a recliner, so there is space for a couch or other furniture items to go in the living room if you want to. You would also have to provide your own mattress.
