Hello all. I currently have one room available. It is close to the beach off of 4th and Almond Ave. It has:
- 2 bedrooms 1 bathroom (with bath and shower) -dishwasher and full kitchen -front and back yard -AC unit -freezer /refrigerator -ceiling fans
I am gay and have a very fluffy dog named Floof. He is friendly, has energy, and has a good overall temperament. In a roommate, I prefer someone that doesn’t have too many guests over, is relatively cleanly, and is good at communicating.
The room will be available September 1st and the rent is $975 with utilities included besides WiFi.
About the roomies
