Maliya's room

Utilities, Water, Garbage, and Wifi included! Available Sept. 1st, ( move-in date is flexible and can be later than that if needed) (Open to ladies only) (6 month lease with possibility for resign if a good fit) (If you prefer a furnished room that may be an option) This 11&1/2 x 12 ft room is located in a 3 bed 2 bath duplex within walking distance from El Cerrito Del Norte Bart. Room has good sized closet. Comes with washer/dryer, patio area, and a free standing garage for storage. Also comes with a shy senior cat named Butters.

The bathroom would be shared with Malavika (24), a young lady who works at a lab nearby. Maliya (23) (me) and my girlfriend Olivia(21) have the Master. We both also work at coffee shops and are kind people. The energy of the house is more peaceful and down tempo, we don’t have guests often and usually all do our own thing, but will definitely chat in passing. If a friendship forms that’s great but there is no pressure :). Everyone is welcome to use the common areas, and the Tv has Netflix, Hulu, Disney plus, etc. We are VERY clean and respectful of each others space. We cannot do couples or pets, sorry.
