Non Smoking property, inside…and outside.

Partners/ friends/ family a possibility ….because there is a second room with twin bed (adjacent to yours on the East end ) that could be negotiated for rent….. but this ad is written for just one housemate; It’s more quiet and you don’t have to share your bathroom:)

The East end has a separate living room area ( couch and chair) and a 2nd refrigerator for your private use, in addition to the shared kitchen.

The floor plan is a ranch split- style. I don’t hear too much of you from my ‘west’ end of the house, nor would you hear too much from me; Im not a big phone person, keep a respectful volume on my bedroom tv, and rarely have visitors.

The kitchen is outside my bedroom, so please, no cooking after 9p ( 9:30 in daylight savings) Same goes for running the clothes dryer after 9p. Many times I stay up late, but it’s nice that the house is quiet in the evenings.

2 acre ‘country’ lot with trees & gravel driveway. Porch, outdoor patio, and a few raised garden beds. It would be wonderful to have a housemate that enjoys a little gardening or yard maintenance, but it’s not a deal breaker.

The Wi-Fi is good and part time Work-from-home situations might be considered, but you absolutely must have your own registered vehicle and be able to drive….. You might ’ hike it’ to the local BiRite grocery in Stokesdale, just 3 miles away, but the nearest Food Lion in ‘‘Stokeridge’’ (borders Oak Ridge) is 4 miles down highway 68.

Stokesdale, is steadily becoming another “desirable” bedroom community of Greensboro. With construction of Interstate 73, less than 2miles from the house, commute times are a breeze. The drive to Piedmont Triad International (PTI) Airport, for example, is less than 20 minutes away.

Your private ‘East end’ bedroom is furnished with a full bed ( linens provided if needed), dresser, side table, & lamp. The room could be emptied, however, for longer term tenants wanting to use their own belongings.

This bedroom is roughly 11’x13’ , carpeted, has a small closet, and a big window that faces the yard.

Home has central air.

Owner, Tricia, on west end of house with 2 indoor/outdoor kitties; the younger one is quite friendly, the other ~ less so but usually responds to treats:) Semi-retired, I work part time in private home health. Most compatible with early to bed, early to rise types. An interest in permaculture is a plus🌿
