Very spacious townhouse in woodside silver spring. Super big kitchen, sitting room and dining area. Bay windows on both side of the house. Deck balcony ideal for BBQs or summer hangs and a private park out back shared by a few houses. The bathroom is only shared with 1 of the other roommates. The house has parking for 2 cars and a further 2 spaces if you use the garage. We’re on a Cul de Sac so there are even more spaces in a turnaround at the end. we use part of the garage as a home gym too. Walking distance to downtown Silver Spring and Silver Spring Metro.

You’ll be sharing with 3 male roommates, all young professionals (25-31) working in DC. It’s a nice friendly atmosphere.
