Looking for two roommates for the second bedroom and the flex room! Laundry in-unit and huge kitchen with wine cooler. Both rooms are very spacious: second bedroom is 11x15.2 and flex room is 12.4x12.5. Luxury apartment with a Google 4.5 rating grocery store downstairs. The building is near Hudson Yard and it’s roughly 7 minute walk to Penn station with 9 subway lines nearby! Gym, rooftop garden, lounge, doorman, elevator, floor to ceiling window with good natural light. Located on the 8th floor.

I am a law student (1L) and I usually go to classes M-F for the morning and the afternoon. Very outgoing person but could be quiet if that makes other people more comfortable. Clean and organized person but will hope other roommates to be tidy as well. LGBTQ+/ally/whoever that’s tolerant and kind are preferred.
