Pittsburg Area - HUGE HOME! in a development. My fathers (retired police officer) home. No Drama! We live here and my dad lives nearby. 6 BR and 4BA home. Bathroom may be used on occasion by owner. Area quiet, safe and peaceful. Street parking. TV/CABLE pay $10.00 for the cable box. $100.00 for utilities (TV, PG&E, water, internet and garbage). Alarm system and cameras. NO PETS ALLOWED and NO SMOKING CIGARETTES AND NO MARIJUANA. NO COMPANY.

We are quiet professionals. Don’t play loud music. Very respectful and expect the same from the roomies. You can use the kitchen. We eat out often. We are clean and are looking for clean Roomies. I rarely have visitors and they may use your bathroom on occasion. We will need proof of income. Verification of employment.
