East Lemon Street

Looking for someone to take my lease from August through December (5-month sublease). The listed rent price includes all utilities. I’m flexible about a move-in date. We are about a two-minute walk from the light rail station, and an 8-minute bike ride from ASU’s Tempe campus. The light rail will take you straight to campus, Mill, the airport, or anywhere in downtown Phoenix which is really convenient.

The roommates here are all students and get along well. The room has a bed frame (fits queen size mattress or smaller), desk, dresser, and other furniture that can be included for whoever takes the room. The bathroom is shared with one other person. We all like to contribute to keeping the house reasonably clean. There’s also a backyard with outdoor furniture and grill and the house is a generally fun and convenient place to hang out.
