The house is on the bench in Boise. It’s less than a 10 minute drive to BSU and downtown. I have 2 rooms to choose from, you can pick whichever fits best. The common areas are all furnished. I keep the house tidy and organized. My lease is almost up and the rent is allegedly going to go up slightly but for the area and considering its a house, it’s hard to beat the price.
Just had a breakup and she moved out so I’m looking for a roommate. I work a full-time job so I’m mostly home in the evenings and for lunch. I’m very clean, organized and have the greatest dog ever. We’re both easy to get along with. I’m an artist in my spare time so the house is full of sculptures, house plants and I have a studio in the garage.
