Milan's room

I have 1 rooms available to rent /furnished with full bedroom set /$ 800 all utilities included. Room is 2nd floor There is full bathroom to share for 2 on same floor with room. Wifi available Laundry and kitchen are common areas. I am female working full time and have been renting out and no issues with previous renters.reference available if needed. House is clean ,and quiet.

I don’t smoke I prefer non smoker. no heavy drink either. no parties. Students are welcome , sac state is only 6 miles away
