Hi all! I’m looking for someone to fill a room and take over a new lease starting September 1st. The apartment itself is a 2bed, 2bath, so that’s right, you get your own full bath! The room itself is pretty big, can fit a Queen size bed and a desk, with even a small table as well. Plus, it has a BIG closet and plenty of natural light. Room will be unfurnished when you move in. Rent is $1325 a month and the only utilities are electric and Wi-Fi (already set up through Optimum), plus 5-gallon water deliveries. The kitchen features an electric stove and oven, a dishwasher, and a nice fridge. Washer and dryer are available in-building (2 machines each) and there are two solid wash-and-fold locations nearby as well. The location can’t be beaten either! 10-minute walk to the train and Path, and a 5-minute walk to Washington Street. No pets are allowed in the building, unfortunately, and the apartment is on an elevated first floor.
