I can provide a queen bed/ mattress/ dresser or leave the room unfurnished. Renter will also have use of an extra closet/the garage for coats/larger items. Some notes about the home:

• Just renovated with fresh paint, new flooring, and updates to the kitchen and bathrooms. (Still decorating as I just moved in last weekend! Living room and kitchen will be furnished, but open to accommodating furniture you have. Can share more pics or FT.)
• The townhome has an attached patio area with a BBQ grill, and a one-car garage for extra storage.
• Central AC, dishwasher, new garbage disposal in the kitchen sink, and washer/dryer.
• Renter will have a dedicated parking space right in front of the townhome.
• Complex has a swimming pool and tennis courts, and is well-kept, quiet, and full of beautiful oak and magnolia trees. Across the street from the Rundberg HEB and North Austin YMCA.
• Neighborhood has lots of great restaurants and is an easy drive to the Q2 soccer stadium, UT’s JJ Pickle Campus, and Walnut Creek Park, and 15 minutes from downtown.

Some notes about me: 

• I am from Arizona, moved to Austin for grad school, and have been here for 5 years. 
• I work in state government and love my job (despite the craziness that is TX!)
• I love being outdoors and am pretty active. Definitely a morning person (but I’m quiet!)
• I work from home periodically, never more than 2 days a week (per my office policy).
• As a roommate, I’m clean, respectful, and organized. I like to have people over from time to time, but also appreciate home as a kind of sanctuary space.
