The house is clean with neutral decor. The rented room is the upstairs bedroom, which is the entire 2nd floor. Room is currently furnished, but can be removed if not needed. Painting is allowed. Certain renovations can be negotiated. Currently shared bathroom on first floor. After 6 months of leasing, adding a private bath to the second floor can be negotiated. Large, private, fenced in backyard with sunflower garden and fire pit area. Shared areas include living room, bonus room on first floor, kitchen, bathroom, basement storage and laundry, and all outdoor spaces. No garage space, but driveway parking available. All caged animals are welcome. One cat/dog-friendly free roaming pet MAY be considered (due to current animal residents).

Hi there! I currently live by myself in the house that I own. I have one dog, 2 cats, and some fish! All animals are very friendly, and have full access to the shared areas. I’m the controller for a custom home builder and am usually out of the house from 730am-6pm M-F. When I’m home I generally like to relax, but will sometimes tackle some house projects. I like to try to be active, but sometimes find myself living the couch potato life. I spend most of my time at home in the living room. I’m generally laid back, but can go on over drive occasionally (what can I say. I’m an enigma!). I have my medical card, and do medicate in the home. I am a smoker, but am trying to quite. I dont love alot of big crowds, so while I’m always happy to host some friends, I’m not down for big ragers. Mostly, I’m just looking for a chill person to help cover the bills! Help with cleaning shared areas will be expected, but my robovac (Awisha Bitchwood) helps ALOT! Help with cooking or shared meals would be a great bonus! I’m not a picky eater, I just like things quick and simple due to my work schedule. So yeah! Let me know if you think we’d be good roomies!
