15th & 15th neighborhood: bedroom available in charming 4-bedroom/2-bathroom house. It’s a quick drive or bike ride to the U and just a 5-minute walk to a bus stop and to many popular businesses: Tulie Bakery, The King’s English Bookstore, Sweetaly Gelato, Caputo’s, Mazza, Einstein’s Bagels, Jolly’s Pharmacy, Nomad, Emigration Market, and Emigration Cafe. The house is furnished, and the available bedroom is mostly furnished, but the furniture could be removed if you prefer to use your own. The bedroom is in the basement, and you would share a bathroom with one other tenant. The area outside the bedroom may also be used, and there is room for a dresser, wardrobe, and/or bookshelf.

First and last month’s rent is due upon moving in, along with a $300 security deposit. No yard work is required, except for sharing snow removal obligations in the winter. Cats and small dogs are allowed if they are well-behaved, and there is a small monthly pet fee. All utilities and internet are included.
