3BR/2.5BA house or townhome in Vancouver– we have yet to sign a lease and will do so once a third roomie is found! Larger rooms will pay slightly more. Rent is around 750-850 each, plus splitting of any security deposits (1000 is an estimate until we know more). Utilities and WiFi will be split. We will have a fenced backyard. Two queer people (she/her and they/them) in social work looking for a third roommate. One cat and one dog live here, so sorry - no more pets! We are very COVID-conscious and are looking for someone who is the same (wears masks, reduces risk). A high level of cleanliness and tidiness is required. No cigarette smokers, please. We both work in-office Mon-Fri, so if you work from home, you will (for now) have the place to yourself.
