Google Fiber internet, Kitchen utensils, Bedroom furniture / furnishings (as shown in pictures), Utilities: The first $100 is covered. Anything over $100 will be split equally among all roommates. Cleaning lady that comes bi-weekly. She cleans all common areas: bathrooms, kitchen, living room, etc.
This is a clean, pet-free home. No pets allowed.
