It is centrally located; near downtown Colorado Spring. At the corner of Hancock Ave. and Fillmore. You will have your own bedroom, a shared bathroom (1 other person), and a parking space in the garage. Great for your car and extra storage. We have easy access to I-25 and Austin Bluffs.

I am a young male professional, who was born and raised in Colorado Springs. My current roommate (male) and I work in IT for a company in town. We are very low-key and like to keep shared areas clean. We are respectful of each other’s sleep, space, and privacy. I have a Husky and she is the lady of the house (must be okay with dog hair as she sheds a lot).
